Learning & Development Manager – Italy

Seeking an Italian Learning & Development Manager with opening experience for a luxury 5* hotel in Italy.

The profile:
- Italian nationals only and based in Italy or Southern Europe
- stable career with past 10 years working for 5* brands only
- minimum 2 years experience as Training Manager or Asst. L&D Dir.
- excellent references from past 3 positions
- opening experience

The package:
- Monthly Gross Basic: EUR 2,500
- Annual Gross Basic: EUR 35,000 (14 installments)
- Insurance and Pension coverage – as per Italian law.
