Cluster Marketing Executive

Hospitality Perspectives seeks an experienced MarCom professional with excellent commercial skills to drive all marketing related activities for a portfolio of 4 internationally branded business & meeting hotels in 4 major cities within The Netherlands including Amsterdam and The Hague. The main tasks are Public Relations, co-development of strategic Marketing plans & financial budgets, E-commerce, Inventory & distribution of corporate collateral, development & costing of Packages, training/coaching/supervision of the Marketing Coordinator and Trainee as well as overall increase of visibility of the 4 individual properties within their respective business/leisure/meeting markets, nationally and internationally. In near future 1 of the 4 properties will be fully renovated and 1 new hotel will be newly constructed.

A Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management (HHS) is required and a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing at supervisory level in a 4 or 5 stars international hotel is a must. Your business English and Dutch is excellent. Multi unit experience and an effective hospitality media network is a big plus. To operate successfully in this role you are entrepreneurial and able to work independently, while also comfortable working in a large international corporate setting and very creative within the business, meetings and leisure markets. This position is available immediately and reports to the Director of Business Development. EU nationals fluent in Dutch and English will only be considered. The salary is between Euro 2700 – 3200 gross/month,  GOP related bonus payment plus additional benefits one may expect from an international chain, as well as strong learning & development opportunities for career growth within the group.
