Job: Hotel Manager (F&B and build-out exp.)

Hotel Manager - 5* International Hotel

For a luxury 5* city hotel & resort, one of the big 5 global hotel chains, Hospitality Perspectives seeks a strong Hotel Manager with minimum of 2 years experience as EAM-F&B or Director of F&B overseeing a large operation who has Rooms and solid exposure in 300+ rooms hotels in large GCC cities. You have a proven track-record of achievements in multi-outlet management (8+) with multi-million dollars operations incl. conventions, business planning, leading large diverse operational teams of  500+ associates, F&B Conceptualization, renovations and build-outs. Further requirements for the role include:

- fluent Arabic speaking, fluency in English is a must

- minimum 10 years 5* international brands background internationally

- solid understanding of Middle East market (rooms, F&B, MICE)

- Middle East experience is a must, GCC experience is a big plus

- City Resorts and large Banqueting & Events (Social, Diplomatic and Corporate) experience is a big plus

- Outgoing presentable inspiring sophisticated leadership personality, stable progressive CV, able to start Nov.

This role reports to the General Manager.
