Finance Manager – 5* Business Hotel – Amsterdam

Currently seeking a Finance Manager for an international chain hotel. The duties of the Financial Officer will include:
- provide full and accurate forecasting + budgeting proposals within the hotel
- Ensuring the achievement of all financial targets
- Provision of timely and accurate financial statements
- Ensuring all financial regulations are met
- Maintenance of adequate systems of internal control
- Preparing capital reviews as required by the GM and/or Accountancy & Finance Department
- Training and development of Finance staff, ensuring succession planning
- Building financial awareness of local management teams

The profile:
- Dutch nationals only or EU national with Dutch acc. experience
- Senior financial management experience in 4 & 5* hotels
- An Accounting or Finance qualification
- A full understanding of financial operating systems and procedures
- Strong influencing and relationship building skills
- Strong managerial / coaching skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Previous experience of working within the hotel or leisure industry
