Job: Director of Operations

For a contemporary/fresh/chic downtown hotel in a vibrant city in the GCC, Hospitality Perspectives seeks an experienced all-round Director of Operations (DO) to direct all Rooms/F&B/Culinary/Housekeeping/Engineering and Security and Leisure operations with a team of over 150. This position is open to any nationality, although combined experience in Europe and the Middle East as EAM Rooms or Director of Rooms with F&B exposure is highly preferred. We seek a young candidate up to age 35 who worked for quality modern lifestyle branded hotels with the likes of Aloft, Courtyard, Indigo, Hyatt Place etc. The salary package range is around AED 22,000 – 31,000 net/month (depending on profile) with GOP-based bonus up to 5 months, coverage of relocation costs and housing or generous housing allowance, Medical, Hospital and Life Insurance and schooling where applicable.
