Job: Director of Operations – luxury

Hospitality Perspectives is seeking an experienced Director of Operations (DO) for a leading 5*  luxury hotel in the U.A.E. to direct all F&B / Culinary / Rooms / Housekeeping / Engineering / Security and Leisure operations with a team of over 300. The ideal candidate is currently #2/Resident Manager/EAM or strong Director of F&B with Rooms exposure and with a solid track record and network in the GCC markets and a stable career history with strong high-end classic luxury brands such as Four Seasons, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, LHW, Peninsula etc. The salary package range is around AED 25,000 – 35,000 (depending on calibre of the candidate) plus a GOP-based bonus up to 5 months, coverage of relocation costs and housing or generous housing allowance, Medical, Hospital and Life Insurance and schooling where applicable.
