Job: Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources – 5* hotel GCC

I seek an experienced European Director of HR with at least 5 years solid international leadership experience in Human Resources in a luxury 5* setting. Middle East experience is a must, Asia experience is a plus and experience with a large staff count (500+) in ultra-luxury city environments is a big plus. This role reports to the General Manager and oversees all general HR functions, Recruitment & Retention, Personnel Management (incl. government relations) and Learning & Development activities in the Hotel with a team of total 13 in HR. Competitive annual salary package as of $75K+++ offered to the right candidate plus around U$D 33K in housing and other allowances.
