Job: Director of Business Development

For a leading 5* downtown luxury hotel in the UAE, Hospitality Perspectives seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to direct all Marketing & Sales, MarCom, Revenue & Yield and eCommerce activities with a team of 30. Arabic speaking is a big plus, preference for a lady director. The ideal candidate is currently #2/Resident Manager/EAM or strong Director of Sales & Marketing /Hotel Manager with a solid track record and network in the GCC markets and a stable career history with strong high-end classic luxury brands. The salary package range is around U$D 6,800 – 9,500 (depending on profile) with GOP-based bonus up to 5 months, coverage of relocation costs and housing or generous housing allowance, Medical, Hospital and Life Insurance and schooling where applicable.
