Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing – based in Singapore

Recruiting an Indonesian (or Singaporean) cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, to be based in Singapore to oversee all S&M functions for a small portfolio of 4* luxury island resorts in Indonesia. Multi-unit experience is preferred, but the candidate for this role could also be currently in a DOSM role for a large property and ready to take on a first group position. Experience in feeder markets Singapore + Indonesia is a must and experience tapping into new foreign markets (inter-Asian, Australian, European) via strong travel and tour operator connections a big plus. The role reports into the Group Operations Director and the main mission is to position the units in higher market segment and bring up ADR + RevPar and increase occupancy levels of key revenue markets.

The profile:
- Indonesian or Singaporean citizens only, male or female
- Steady career profile – minimum two years in the last three posts
- 4 and 5 star background in international hotel chains
- Experience in and out of Indonesia, ideally Singapore
- Single status although married status can be considered
- Resort & Golf experience highly regarded
- Island experience preferred but not exclusive
- Available in Feb or March
