Hospitality Perspectives is retained to recruit an EAM Rooms/F&B for an awarded 5* Luxury Boutique Resort in the South of Europe to lead and manage the hospitality team. The candidate must be a young talent up to age 35 and currently in a #2 leadership position as Hotel Manager/Director of Operations/Resident Manager/EAM in a boutique luxury hotel/resort and ready to take on the #1 role as General Manager within 12-18 months. Strong Director of F&B/Rooms candidates in medium- large luxury hotels will also be considered. This is an ExCom role with direct report to the CEO. Only EU nationals will be considered.
